10. Refunds and Returns

  • As all products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
  • If a product is defective due to production errors, customers may request a refund equivalent to the item’s price. Requests must be made within three days of receiving the order by emailing [email protected].
  • Upon receipt of the defective item, we will inspect it and notify you within 10 business days if you qualify for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

11. Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping through DHL. Orders are processed and dispatched within 4-6 weeks of payment, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and Saudi public holidays. A tracking number will be provided to monitor shipment progress via DHL’s website.

12. Alterations

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate measurements when placing an order. Use our Size Guide for assistance.
